A question for you
If the world came to an end and all that was left of humanity was 10 people including you.Who and what kind of people would you pick to help survive and rebuild. Example: a nurse, an engineer etc.
I wouldn't want specialists. Too risky. If one person dies there goes that whole block of information. I would want the emphasis to be on the group rather than on the abilities of individuals.
I would want five healthy and well-rounded couples in their early to mid-twenties. Christians to be sure. Well versed and generally knowledgeable on a wide variety of topics from farming, science, medicine, culture, literature, theology, etc...
It is religion and morality alone which can establish the principles upon which freedom can securely stand. The only foundation of a free constitution is pure virtue.
-John Adams
For my part, I travel not to go anywhere, but to go. I travel for travel's sake. The great affair is to move; to feel the needs and hitches of our life more nearly; to come down off this feather-bed of civilization, and find the globe granite underfoot and strewn with cutting flints. -Robert Louis Stevenson. -Travels with a Donkey in the Cevenne-

2 Healthy women of Child-bearing age

I'd go with that
5 men and 5 women
