Since my dear Mother has been complaining about me not posting I have resorted to trying to find some interesting things to blog about. This is something I make quite often. I don't have a name for it, but if I did it would probably be "Fried Potatoes".I microwave a bunch of red potatoes for several minutes, just enough to take the crunch out of them. Meanwhile I fry a bunch of bacon. When the bacon is done I leave the grease in the pan and put the diced up potatoes in the pan and fry them with salt and pepper. When the potatoes are done I put them on a bed of shredded cheddar cheese and have some Newman's Own marinara sauce on the side. It's the best.
