1 Skilled hunter
I'd go with that
5 men and 5 women
I wouldn't want specialists.
Too risky. If one person dies there goes that whole block of information. I would want the emphasis to be on the group rather than on the abilities of individuals.
I would want five healthy and well-rounded couples in their early to mid-twenties. Christians to be sure. Well versed and generally knowledgeable on a wide variety of topics from farming, science, medicine, culture, literature, theology, etc...
